J.C. Penney, CVS Among Retailers Cited For Customer Engagement

Retail TouchPoints, a customer engagement strategies network, has named the winners of its 2018 Customer Engagement Awards.

The 2018 Retail TouchPoints Customer Engagement Awards recognized 10 retail companies that are pushing the boundaries of innovation and technology to reach consumers across channels, the organization noted. It selected the winners based on, but not limited to, four specific criteria: unique shopping/promotional offerings, customer engagement strategies, customer analysis and technology innovation.
