Jokari U.S. has added two new executives to it sales and operations team. Jerry Magner, a 30-year industry veteran, has joined the company as vp/sales and Kent Saller has joined as vp/sales and operations.
In his new role, Magner said his immediate goal within the Jokari team is to perfect the company’s retail presentation, build buyer excitement around its expanding product lines and to positively impact the new product development efforts.
“I’ve had a career-long history of marketing products to retail,” said Magner. “I would like to bring market intel from off the road and match that with our new product development team to give people what they want and what they would immediately purchase— new items to make their lives easier.”
Saller, son of Jokari co-founder and president Don Saller, comes to Jokari from the health care and information technology industries. He said he plans to utilize his IT skill set to increase Jokari’s online sales base and add efficiency to in-house processes.
“I’m bringing new technology to Jokari,” said Saller. “I’ve already started working on certain processes in the operational structure.”
Magner and Saller assumed their roles at the company earlier this year. As previously reported by HomeWorld Business, Jokari has reignited its relationship with Inventionland and recently unveiled more than 50 new products at the recent International Home + Housewares Show.
