Luigi Bormioli has promoted Phil Kessler to the position of business manager, food service, for the company.
Kessler has had 12 years of experience at Luigi Bormioli during which he earned a series of increasing responsibilities, culminating with his latest position as national sales manager, retail tableware. He will work closely with Luigi Bormioli food service distributor, Bauscher Hepp, providing leadership to the sales team of sales managers, representatives and distributors to meet established revenue, profit and customer relation objectives and guide strategy, according to the company.
In his new role, Kessler will lead Luigi Bormioli in its pursuit of aggressive market share growth by strengthening its food service sales channel and implementing sales strategies to penetrate this key segment, according to the company.
