For more than five years, Keurig has partnered with the Pantone Color Institute to incorporate the latest trend colors into its hot brewing system portfolio, Keurig officials said.

“The Keurig and Pantone Color Institute partnership is a way for us to connect with our consumers on a level beyond offering all of the beverages they love,” said Ranjan Damodar, vp/Keurig hot systems at Keurig Green Mountain. “Color allows people to showcase their personalities, and, with the addition of the Pantone Color of the Year 2016 selections to our line of colorful and unique brewers and accessories, we’re expanding on peoples’ desire to choose for themselves and express their individuality in different ways.”

“As consumers seek mindfulness and well-being as an antidote to the stress of modern day lives, welcoming colors that psychologically fulfill the yearning for reassurance and security are becoming more prominent,” said Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute. “Whether on their own or combined with other shades, the pairing of Serenity and Rose Quartz bring a feeling of calm and relaxation into the home environment.”
