A report from audit, tax and advisory firm KPMG, the 2018 U.S. Customer Experience Excellence Analysis, identified companies that offer the best personal experiences to their customer, and four retailers made the top tier of the list.
The report’s top 10 retail brands were:
- Navy Federal Credit
- Disney Parks
- H-E-B Grocery
- Calvin Klein
- Jet Blue
KPMG asserted that the companies that provide the best personalized experiences ultimately reap the benefits of higher revenue growth and improved brand standing and loyalty.
Other retail brands to make the top 50 included Hy-Vee, Zappos, Trader Joe’s, Hannaford, Kroger, Costco, Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s. Retail brands in the 51 to 100 range included Williams-Sonoma, Ace Hardware, BJs, Shop Rite, Meijer, Banana Republic, Aldi, Ann Taylor, Kohl’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ikea and Sephora.
The survey was based on more than 7,500 U.S. consumers and included 250 brands across 10 business segments.
