Christofle has announced the promotion of Nicolas Krafft and Ginny Gerard. Krafft has assumed the role of president and CEO to the Americas while Gerard becomes evp/Christofle Silver, Inc.
Krafft has worked for Christofle since 2002, first as managing director for Asia-Pacific and later as president and CEO for the North American subsidiary. Before joining Christofle, Krafft held the general manager position with AELIA Group specializing in alcohol, tobacco and gourmet foods.
Gerard began her retail career with Saks Fifth Avenue in Chicago before joining Christofle as manager of the Michigan Avenue boutique operated by the company’s local franchisee. She was then recruited by Christofle North America, filling the corporate director of business development position for the central United States and Canada. The job included key account responsibility for Neiman Marcus stores. She later assumed the role of national retail director for Christofle. Following, she assumed new responsibilities as vp/sales, a position that later grew to include supervision of the marketing department.
In her new role as evp for the North American subsidiary, she oversees the Christofle’s retail, wholesale, online and marketing divisions.
