Kuhn Rikon has expanded its cookware collection with the new Swiss Multiply frying pan, which is designed for fast and even heat distribution up to the rim, the company said.
Manufactured in Switzerland, the pan features an aluminum core for heat distribution, complemented by layers of stainless steel and non-stick coating. The non-stick coating includes a titanium hard base plus three ceramic-reinforced layers, for a PFOA-free non-stick PTFE coating that is food safe, durable and wear resistant, according to the company.
The Swiss Multiply frying pan can be used on all types of stovetops, including induction, gas, electric, halogen and ceramic, and it can withstand oven temperatures up to 475° Fahrenheit, the company noted. The pan is available in three sizes with suggested retail prices: 9.5-inch for $149; 10.25-inch for $159; and 11-inch for $169.
