Kuhn Rikon has debuted Colori Titanium knives. According to the company, the new cutlery features an ice-hardened Japanese stainless steel blade with titanium coating, which is said to provide long-lasting sharpness and performance.
The titanium coating on the blade also is said to strengthen and protect the blade. As for the non-slip handle, Kuhn Rikon said it fits comfortably in the hand and also has a matching sheath for safe storage.
The following knives are included in the new Colori Titanium collection: paring knife (available in six colors), suggested retail price $14; serrated paring knife, $16; utility knife, $18; serrated utility knife, $20; chef’s knife, $30; santoku knife, $30; and bread knife, $30.
Kuhn Rikon Colori Titanium Knives are dishwasher safe and are scheduled to be sold at specialty and online stores starting in May.
