L.L. Bean topped the Prosper Insights & Analytics Customer Service Champion study for the second year in a row, with Amazon following, again in the second slot.
However, among Millennials and Generation X, Amazon comes out on top, Prosper noted.
Given the results, including the fact that two non-traditional retailers top the champions list, Prosper suggested the definition of customer service is changing in the digital age from the traditional service with a smile conception.
