Lancaster To Launch Glassware At IH+HS

Lancaster Product will be launching its Lucaris Desire Stemware Collection at the upcoming International Home + Housewares Show in Chicago.

The collection was designed in collaboration with a sommelier association, and is said to be perfect for the wine enthusiast or wine hobbyist. The glassware features Aerlumer technology, a proprietary tulip pattern on the inside bottom of the glass to promote micro-oxidation and soften the wine while swirling. The subtle action allows for the wine to be aerated within the glass, while retaining the wine’s integrity and true color, the company said.

Lancaster has focused its marketing of the Lucaris line with new programs, including a new freight program and a new sales representative network throughout the U.S. to focus on the independent specialty retail channel.

Lucaris offers a full line of mid- to high-end stemware, drinkware and specialty glassware. The design features a fine cut rim and is lead-free. A blown bowl reduces weight and promotes aeration while titanium infused crystal provides strength and durability, the company said.

The collection is dishwasher safe and available in a wide range of styles.
