Las Vegas Market Grows Gourmet Resources

The Las Vegas Market is continuing to grow its gourmet category for the upcoming winter edition, with double the number of housewares, tabletop and specialty food resources presented on C11— the new permanent showroom floor that launched in 2015— and several major new specialty tabletop and housewares suppliers debuting within its C-One cross-category showcase. 

Newcomers debuting in January include a shared manufacturer showroom showcasing nine brands— Epicurean, Frieling, Kitchen IQ, Peugeot, Simply Baked, Talisman, USA Pan, Victorinox and Wellness Mats.

Another 50 specialty tabletop and housewares resources will be presented throughout Las Vegas Market’s Building C. A concentration of these resources is located on C-One, a cross-category showcase of specialty tabletop and better gift and home suppliers.

“In just five months since the launch of C11 as a gourmet-focused permanent showroom floor, we have doubled the number of gift-oriented housewares, tabletop and specialty food resources,” said Dorothy Belshaw, president of gift and home décor, International Market Centers. “This Winter, C11 will achieve 40% of its projected total occupancy and we anticipate a complete sell-out of the floor by the end of 2016.”
