Furniture resources at the Summer Las Vegas Market are getting a boost from seven relocating, expanding and renewing home furnishings showrooms, according to event host International Market Centers.
The market, running July 28 to August 1, will include the relocation of Kuka North America, a China-based supplier of sofa, bed, mattress and chair pieces, and the expansion of the Primitive Collections showroom, featuring a lifestyle-focused furniture presentation, to 4,923-square-feet.
A pair of companies that debuted during winter market have relocated and extended their Vegas commitments: Art Carpet – Art Home, a manufacturer and exporter of machine-made rugs and carpets, is relocating into a 2,563-square-foot showroom. Vogue Home Furnishings, a manufacturer of reclining sofas, sectionals and recliners, expands into a 4,165-square-foot space.
Companies renewing their leases for summer market include Elements International Group, a provider of bedroom, upholstery, dining and occasional furniture; Klaussner Home Furnishings, a supplier of custom upholstery, bedroom, dining room and related items; and Magnussen Home, a manufacturer with a product portfolio including bedroom, youth furniture and dining, and home office.
“Las Vegas Market continues to expand and enhance its robust furniture category,” said Scott Eckman, IMC evp/furniture and home décor. “Las Vegas Market offers a diverse selection of home furnishings lines and continues to deliver a dynamic shopping experience for retailers and designers alike.”
