Le Creuset Expands Cuisines Of The World Collection

Le Creuset has added the French-inspired Fait Tout and Mexican-inspired Sizzle Platter to its Cuisines of the World Collection of cookware.

According to the company, the new pieces are inspired by the continued global trend of cooking international cuisine. Each item can go straight from stovetop or oven to the table.

The 3-quart Fait Tout has shallow sides and a broad cooking surface. According to Le Creuset, it is a versatile pan that is ideal for browning, sautéing, baking gratins, and braising/roasting meat. It has an SRP of $325.

The Sizzle Platter measures 12 1/4-inches and has a versatile flat surface designed for searing meat, fish and veggies, said the company. Le Creuset said it also has superior heat retention capabilities. It has an SRP of $140.

Both items will be available in February and come in the company’s Soleil, Flame, Palm, Caribbean, Marseille and Cherry colors. They will be sold on the Le Creuset website, in Le Creuset Signature stores and other retailers.
