Dallas Market Center has adjusted the leadership of its leasing division in order to drive new business and serve existing customers inside its trade center, the company said.
Stephanie Cole, currently vp/leasing for apparel and accessories, is transitioning into a new position responsible for leasing and business development for all temporary trade shows including the Dallas Total Home & Gift Markets as well as Apparel & Accessories Markets. Her new title is vp/leasing and business development.
Dee Gratz Jones has been promoted to vp/leasing for apparel and accessories. She will be responsible for all permanent showrooms at Dallas Market Center’s one million square foot fashion marketplace including World Trade Center floors 7, 8, 13, 14 and 15.
Both positions will report to Eva Walsh, Dallas Market Center evp/leasing and marketing.
