Lékué has introduced a perforated bread roll baker to its bakeware assortment.
Made of platinum silicone, the perforated technology of the baker is said to allow air to circulate under and around six biscuits or rolls. According to the company, the bread roll baker allows the dough to rise and bake until the rolls are steamy inside and golden brown and flavorful on the outside. The baking pan folds or rolls up allowing for compact storage.
The Lékué perforated bread roll baker can be used with homemade or store-bought dough, the company noted. It is dishwasher safe and retails for $20.
