Lenox Corporation and Fiskars Group have invested in another decade in their respective full-floor showrooms at Forty One Madison, located in New York City. The companies currently occupy two of the largest showrooms, with the Lenox space spanning 12,669-square-feet, and Fiskars Group occupying 12,120-square-feet.
“Longstanding relationships with the world’s most prestigious brands play a crucial role in the New York Tabletop Market’s growth,” said Kristi Forbes, svp/director of Forty One Madison. “This extended engagement is a clear indication of the industry’s sustained strength and vitality.”
“As one of the original tenants at Forty One Madison, we continue to this day to be honored to present the history and innovation of our brands to the best account partners from around the world, including national department stores and distinguished independents, to interior designers and world famous hotels,” said Lucas Updegraph, divisional vp and head of sales for Fiskars Living Americas.
In addition, Lenox is consolidating the Reed & Barton showroom into its 24th floor location.
“It is important for us to maintain consistency and continue to have a presence at a centralized location that our buyers have frequented for the last 22 years,” said Mads Ryder, CEO of Lenox Corporation. “During a time when the retail industry is evolving and adapting to a virtual shopping experience, we still believe that the nature of selling dinnerware is dependent on the ability to lift, touch and turn the pieces in hand.”
Both companies also stated they plan to undergo space upgrades in the near future.
