Lodge Cast Iron will be holding its annual cast iron cook-off event at the Chattanooga Market on August 26. The annual event includes seasoned chefs creating meals with their cast iron cookware.
“People can see all the different cooking techniques and, in many instance, truly out-of-the-box concepts,” Mark Kelly, spokesperson for the event and public relations manager for Lodge, told Chattanooga Magazine. “The audience can gain an appreciation for our classic cookware items with endless recipes.”
The winner of the cook-off is given Lodge cookware plus a Golden Ticket to the World Food Championships.
