Lodge Cast Iron is serving up a new bacon and egg griddle as the third item in the company’s Legacy Series of cast iron cookware.
The company’s Legacy series also includes a fish pan and fluted cake pan.
Found in the company’s product catalogs from the ’30s, the design of the griddle was reimagined with fully connected dividers to keep food completely separate unless the user chooses to mix flavors. The company also added a large pour spout, inspired by vintage designs but with modern improvements that make it easier to drain grease from the pan before serving, the company said.
Seasoned with natural vegetable oil and made in the U.S., the new bacon and egg griddle has a suggested retail price of $49.95.
