Füde has been developed and launched by Luft Industrie, a new concept in stackable, recyclable wine tumblers designed to appeal to the wine enthusiast.
The patented space-saving tumblers come nested 18 to a package and take up as much space as three stemless wine glasses, the company noted. Once ready to use, the user takes the tumbler’s two halves, and snaps them together to use. The design also allows for ease in transporting to wine tastings or outdoor entertaining gatherings.
“At wine tastings and other special events, incredible wines are usually served out of plastic cups designed primarily for water, soft drinks or beer. It was always frustrating to me that wine wasn’t served in a vessel designed to serve wine,” said Oliver Albers, owner of Luft Industrie and inventor of the Füde design.
Füde tumblers are recyclable and free of bisphenol A, bisphenol S, phthalates, and lead, the company noted. A box of 18 has a suggested retail price of $14.99.
