Macy’s Recalls Martha Stewart Stainless Steel Cookware

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Macy’s has issued a recall for its Martha Stewart 10-piece stainless steel cookware set after receiving seven reports of the metal discs that cover the frying pan’s rivets popping off the pans.

The CPSC said the recall affects only the 8- and 10-inch frying pans from the Martha Stewart 10-piece stainless steel cookware set. The recall includes about 121,000 units. UPC numbers 0733003518899, 0733003623326, 0766370840959 or 0766370980334 can be found on the product packaging or purchase receipt.

The cookware was sold at Macy’s stores nationwide and online at between January 2011 and September 2015 for about $170.

Consumers are instructed to stop using the fry pans immediately and should return the frying pans to Macy’s or for a store credit for the full value of the two frying pans.
