CHICAGO— Maker Homeware, a division of Iris USA, recently expanded its cookware assortment and is now bringing a line of bakeware to the market. The company introduced the new bakeware at the recent International Home + Housewares Show, here.
The company’s bakeware pieces are made with an aluminized steel coating that is PTFE- and PFOA-free, according to the company. The bakeware also features the company’s Ceramtec non-stick ceramic coating, which is said to offer easy release and cleanup, as well as rust proof performance, company said.
Most bakeware pieces in the new line offer 0.8-mm thickness, double that of much of the bakeware on the market, the company said, providing more durability in the pans. The double layer of Ceramtec non-stick ceramic coating also makes using and cleaning the pans more convenient, according to Maker Homeware.
The bakeware is oven safe to 450° Fahrenheit and is designed with easy to grip silicone handles. The bakeware line offers a full range of open stock pieces, as well as two-piece and six-piece sets.
Available now, the bakeware assortment has a suggested retail price range from $19.99 to $99.99.
At the Housewares Show, the company also introduced a range of cookware, including steam grills, stainless steel cookware and more.
Round and rectangular steam grill pans feature a tempered glass lid, which locks in steam for faster cooking times, said the company. The pans come in a choice of midnight black or copper bronze and are coated with the company’s non-stick Ceramtec ceramic coating. The pans have suggested retail prices off $89.99 for the rectangular and $99.99 for the round steam grill pans.
Maker Homeware also added a new line of SmartSteam pans. Available in six different sizes, including both shallow and classic shapes, these pans utilize SmartSteam technology to lock in foods’ natural moisture, allowing the user to cook using less water and oil, according to Maker. Suggested retail prices range from $79.99 to $124.99.
The company also introduced a line of ceramic coated stainless steel cookware. Composed of 18/10 tri-ply clad stainless steel with an aluminum core, the pans offer durability and heat conductivity. The cookware is coated with the company’s non-stick Ceramtec ceramic coating.
The ceramic coated stainless steel line offers a full range of open stock pieces and a 10-piece set. Available now, suggested retail prices range from $64.99 to $499.99.
