Polder Products is putting an emphasis on its kitchen organizational items at the International Home + Housewares Show. The company will present its latest solutions for the sink area.
“While the brand is vested in multiple categories, our history and success in sinkware and the six foot space around the sink, is our current focus for new innovations,” said Kerry Cooper, president, Polder. “We consider changing demographics, at-home lifestyles, and growing market trends in our development process. But in the end we are about solving common user problems while performing tasks in the home.”
The company is rolling out its new Fold Away Dish Rack. The rack is designed with a smaller, collapsible footprint in order to meet the needs of today’s limited space lifestyles. The stainless steel eight-plate dish rack also includes a protective four-knife storage block and expansive utensil bin. It also includes a silicone drying mat with raised dots that is said to keep items above draining water. It comes with a silicone mat that holds objects to dry and then folds over itself to close for compact storage. The Fold Away Dish Rack has a suggested retail price of $29.
Polder’s new Under Sink Storage Caddy is said to address the universal problem of storage under the sink. The Under Sink Storage Caddy takes the approach of a classic toolbox form as the basis for a new solution in accessing, viewing and carrying supplies kept under the sink. It has a one-sided handle that leaves the inward facing side of the caddy open, avoiding interfering with the sink pipe and other items. The caddy has a suggested retail price of $29.99.
