The Kroger Co. has announced that it will promote Timothy Massa to group vp/human resources and labor relations. He has been vp/corporate human resources, talent development.
In his expanded role, Masa will take responsibility for labor relations when Paul Heldman, executive vp, secretary and general counsel, retires in May, Kroger stated.
“Tim is a trusted human resources professional and valued partner,” Mike Ellis, Kroger’s president and COO, said in announcing the promotion. “In just four years at Kroger, leaders and associates throughout the company know they can count on him for strategic direction and advice.
