Meyer Corp. has introduced a new square-shaped cookware line to the Anolon Advanced collection, dubbed “cooking with squares.”
According to the company, the line was designed to promote proper searing and browning, while offering home cooks more capacity for family-size weeknight cooking and entertaining.
The line is available in three colors, including graphite, bronze and onyx, and is made of heavy gauge, hard-anodized aluminum. The signature Anolon SureGrip handles combine durable stainless steel with comfortable silicone, and snug-fitting, shatter-resistant, tempered glass lids allow for constant monitoring of the cooking process while sealing in heat, moisture and flavor, according to Meyer. Anolon Advanced cookware is oven safe to 400°F.
The line features a 4-quart covered square saute pan, which has a suggested retail price of $69.99; a 7-quart Dutch oven, which carries a suggested retail price of $89.99; and a 2-in-1 7-quart square roaster that can also double as an 11-inch grill pan, which has a suggested retail price of $99.99.
The pieces are available now, with the exception of the Anolon Advanced 2-in-1 11-inch square grill pan and 7-quart square roaster, which will be available in September.
