Nescafe Dolce Gusto Launches Holiday Campaign

Nescafe Dolce Gusto kicked off the holiday season today in Manhattan with Operation “Give With Gusto.” The event featured 100 “elves” that descended upon New York City to perform unexpected good deeds and spread some cheer, noted the company.

The single-serve brand will celebrate Operation “Give With Gusto” throughout the month of December starting at Bryant Park with actress Rosario Dawson, star of the upcoming movie “Top Five.” The holiday helpers will then head out across the city, surprising and delighting people from Central Park to SoHo, helping carry shopper’s bags, hailing taxi cabs, giving out free subway rides, paying for people’s holiday purchases, singing carols and more.

“The holidays are a great time to give back, so Nescafe Dolce Gusto wanted to repay loyal fans, but also introduce the brand to those who aren’t as familiar with us in a fun and unique way,” explained Nescafe Dolce Gusto marketing director, Kimberly Cooper. “Our hope is that the Operation Give With Gusto will not only thank consumers but also inspire them to pay it forward and give in their own way this holiday season.”

To continue the theme of goodwill throughout the holiday season, Nescafe Dolce Gusto will also be hosting a variety of online festivities and surprises, including encouraging consumers to share how they’ll be “Giving With Gusto” on social media via the hashtag, #GiveWithGusto.
