NHB KnifeWorks, an artisan culinary knife company located in St. Louis, is opening a brick-and-mortar location in the city of Maplewood, MO.
The grand opening will take place on July 8 and coincides with Maplewood’s annual “Let Them Eat Art” Festival.
“We are extremely excited about our new space in Maplewood,” said Melody Noel, CEO, NHB. “In addition to the company’s own line of culinary knives, the new store will feature other artisan made in America products.”
Founded in 2012, NHB KnifeWorks creates handmade, made in the U.S. culinary knives and accessories. The company said that it has won acclaim from chefs around the country, including Tom Colicchio, who named NHB’s Thai Basil knife line part of his “curated collection” on the DARA Artisans website.
NHB KnifeWorks was co-founded by Noel and Nate Bonner, a professionally-trained chef and knife maker.
