NuWave is heating up informercial support for a trio of new countertop kitchen appliances: the Duet air fryer/ pressure cooker combo; the Brio 14-quart air fryer/oven; and the Primo countertop convection oven.
The Duet air fryer/pressure cooker combination unit recently landed in stores at a $199 suggested retail price. It will be backed by an infomercial campaign that begins in October.
NuWave is stepping up the informercial campaign supporting the 14-quart Brio air fryer/oven, NuWave’s largest capacity in air fryers. The three-rack air fryer, with a $199 suggested retail price, includes a rotisserie spit and basket, and it features an integrated temperature probe.
The company recently began shipping the infomercial-backed Primo convection oven, which includes a grill plate and generates heat from the top and bottom for optimum, energy-efficient cooking of a variety of foods, according to Keith Hamden, NuWave’s svp/sales and marketing. The oven, with a $179 suggested retail, is designed to bake, broil, barbecue, roast, steam, dehydrate, sear and air fry.
