NY Now Names The Cheese Knife Best In Market Winner

NY Now has named The Cheese Knife by W&P Design, from the Accent on Design category, as the 2017 Best In Market award winner for the summer show. NY Now also revealed its Best New Product winners.

The Cheese Knife is crafted from hardwood, brass and brushed stainless steel and is designed to handle soft to firm cheeses. The broad blade allows users to slice and spread soft cheeses, while the sharpened edge cuts cleanly through firm cheeses, noted W&P Design. It also features a pointed edge to break off pieces of hard cheeses.

The Best in Market award recognizes one product that stood out among the ten category winners of the Best New Product Awards. This year, the ten category winners from the awards were evaluated by HGTV Magazine before a winner was selected.

Winners of the summer 2017 Best New Product awards in the Home Collection are: Home Furnishings + Textiles: Carly the Cow from Dots by Donna; and Tabletop + Gourmet Housewares: Ripple Menorah from Alex Marshall Studios. In the Lifestyle Collection, winners are: Baby + Child: CB EAT from Chewbeads; and Gift: Gratitude Glass Jars from Gratitude Glass Jars; Personal Accessories: Birthday Celebration Bracelets from Lucky Feather; and Personal Care + Wellness: Soaking Salt Gift Box from Bee & You.

“NY Now is the place for many buyers to discover the newest products for their stores, and these awards recognize ten outstanding products from across the market,” said Randi Mohr, group show director, NY Now and vp/Emerald Expositions. “This year’s Best New Product Awards winners truly push the envelope delivering superior, stunning and on-trend products in a variety of categories.”
