Larry Oliver has joined ICD Publications as Eastern Sales Manager for the HomeWorld Business/Gourmet Insider group.
Oliver has an extensive background in business-to-business advertising sales management and growth, including 16 years at Reed/Cahners/Chilton, where he held publisher and group publisher posts responsible for such market-leading titles as Multichannel News, Broadcasting & Cable, TWICE, Playthings and Gifts & Decorative Accessories.
Oliver previously was associate publisher of Advertising Age for several years. He also has held business-to-business sales management positions for Crain Communications, Act II and Advanstar.
He most recently was a senior sales director for Fairchild Fashion Summits, managing sponsorship sales for events hosted by such titles as Women’s Wear Daily and Footwear News.
Oliver is based at ICD’s Islandia, NY, office.
