Pacific Coast Lighting is waiving dropship fees and minimum order requirements for its retail customers until further notice.
The portable lighting manufacturer said it is offering store customers not currently drop shipping with the company the ability to do so with no minimum order requirements or dropship fees direct to consumers in all 50 states. The initiative can help reduce the number of touchpoints to help retail businesses and reduce the potential spread of the coronavirus, the company said.
The company noted that products are shipping at normal volumes from its warehouse, including new items showcased at the January Las Vegas Market.
As mandated by the California state government, the company closed its corporate office, but the customer service team continues working remotely from home, and the warehouse has been operating without interruption.
