Picnic Time Brings Charleston Basket To Market

Picnic Time has introduced the Charleston basket, a picnic basket for four which includes a range of tableware and accessories for a complete picnic experience.

Made of willow with leather trim, the basket includes stemless wine glasses, and full dining and cheese service for four, with porcelain plates and wooden paddle cheese board and cheese knife, a fully-insulated and removable canvas cooler tote and wine cooler, stained pinewood serving tray, 18/10 stainless steel cutlery, corkscrew and wine stopper.

“The Charleston picnic basket is the pinnacle of outdoor and picnic dining,” said Paul Cosaro, Picnic Time’s managing partner. “It has everything needed for the ultimate picnic experience, and was designed with the highest quality of materials and finishes.”

The Charleston picnic basket also comes equipped with the Festival blanket, a patchwork and denim picnic blanket that is made in America, a first for the company.

“We’re excited to enter the Made in America space,” said Kevin Guy, Picnic Time’s general manager. “We believe that the American-made festival blanket is the crowning accessory to this tremendous basket, and is really an important step for Picnic Time in doing things we’ve never done before.”

The company will offer the picnic basket at the Las Vegas Market and NY Now summer gift markets.
