At the International Home + Housewares Show, Pretika launched its latest sonic skin care device, Sonic Lift, and its first shiatsu foot massager.
“The at-home beauty tools and beauty device category is on a strong growth track both domestically and abroad,” said Thomas Nichols, marketing director, Pretika.
Pretika’s Sonic Lift stimulator utilizes both sonic vibration and micro-current technology, Nichols said, adding that Sonic Lift is essentially positioned for at-home facial toning and wrinkle reduction.
Sonic Lift also features micro-pulsating massage technology that penetrates deeper into the dermis layer of the skin to massage facial muscles. In addition, the Sonic Lift is rechargeable and battery operated, and also features two function modes: micro-current facial mode and micro-pulsating massage mode. It is available with a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $99.99.
Pretika also unveiled its new shiatsu foot massager. Among other features, the foot massager includes six 360-degree rotating, pivoting sole-soothing massage heads and 18 massage nodes. It also includes deep-kneading shiatsu and rolling massage to help relieve tightness and stimulate reflexology zones in the feet. It has an MSRP of $240.
