Pritchard Out As SodaStream’s North American President

Doug Pritchard, SodaStream’s president, North America, is leaving the company, officials with SodaStream announced during its third quarter investor conference call.

Pritchard joined SodaStream in 2015, first serving as head of the company’s Canadian operations and in 2016 was promoted to head its North American division. An official date of departure was not immediately known.

The company also announced that Jecka Glasman will be joining SodaStream in early December as the company’s new general manager for the U.S. She most recently served as president and CEO of Mitsubishi Fuso Trucks of America.

Daniel Birnbaum, SodaStream’s CEO, said Pritchard is leaving the company to return home to Canada and pursue other interests. “We’re thankful to Doug for his two-and-a-half years of service with the company during which he consistently grew the Canadian business and importantly transformed the U.S. business back to growth following two years of declining revenues,” he said.
