Regent Holding Company Acquires Household Essentials

Regent Holding Company, the parent company of home product brands Creative Co-Op, Bloomingville and ILLUME, has acquired of Household Essentials, a leading home storage and solutions provider.

Hazelwood, MO-Household Essentials, a veteran developer and marketer of home storage and laundry solutions offers widespread distribution among leading e-commerce retailers, as well as offline retailers. The company recently has leveraged its deep e-commerce expertise into the burgeoning ready-to-assemble furniture category.

Regent Holding Company is a diversified global designer, marketer and supplier décor, fragrance and accents for the home under such brands as Creative Co-Op, Bloomingville and ILLUME. Its products are sold across the United States and Europe to more than 20,000 independent retail stores, leading e-commerce retailers and select specialty/mass retailers through its distribution centers in Memphis, TN and Ikast, Denmark. The company manufactures home fragrance in its Maple Grove, MN factory, and it manages sourcing across brands through its sourcing office in Shenzhen, China.
