U.K.-based Robert Welch Designs will be showcasing its Signature Collection of cutlery and utensils at the International Home + Housewares Show.
Designed by Paul deBretton Gordon and Rupert Welch, the knives are fully forged from German stainless steel with a rockwell hardness rating of 55-56. Featuring full tang construction, the knife handles are designed to fit comfortably into any size or shape hand. The full range includes 26 knives, two carving forks, a sharpening steel and a hand-held knife sharpener. The company has also added steak knives to the range and a variety of storage options including a black ABS block and an oak and bamboo option.
The company is also showcasing its line of Signature utensils, designed for everyday use in the kitchen while still being elegant to be used at the table, the company said. Constructed with rounded handles and a sculptured hook, the range includes 13 individual pieces and a choice of two lengths for storage on a rack, or on the company’s ABS storage stand. The tools are available in both stainless steel and nylon.
