The DD’s Discounts division of Ross Dress for Less has opened its first two stores in the Chicago area.
The company also continues adding namesake stores, including one planned for Chicagoland.
One of the new Chicago-area DD’s locations, a 21,961 square foot store, opened in the Bricktown Square Center at the northwest corner of West Fullerton Avenue and North Narragansett Avenue. A 22,972 square foot store debuted in the Cicero Marketplace Shopping Center at the northeast corner of South Cicero Avenue and 31st Street.
The new 27,680 square foot Ross store will open on March 10 in the Commons of Chicago Ridge Shopping Center at the northwest corner of Ridgeland Avenue and Southwest Highway. The new Ross location will increase the Chicago-area store count to 68.
In addition, on March 10, Ross stated that it would debut a 25,000 square foot namesake store at the southwest corner of North Orlando Avenue and Lee Road in Winter Park, FL. The new location will increase the Ross store count in Florida to 165.
Together, Ross Dress for Less and DD’s Discounts operate about 1,600 off-price stores in 37 states, the District of Columbia, and Guam.
