World Kitchen has added Austin Rothbard to the company as vice president of marketing and innovation. Rothbard will oversee the new product development, marketing strategies and execution for World Kitchen’s portfolio of brands.
Rothbard was most recently president of Baker Furniture, and prior to that served as president of Brunswick Billiards and Cabo Yachts.
“This position is critical to stay at the forefront of kitchen trends and provide our world class brands with the strategic and creative marketing and product leadership that the housewares category demands,” said Kris Malkoski, president North America and chief innovation officer of World Kitchen. “The World Kitchen family of brands plays an important role in tens of millions of homes across the U.S.— Austin has the right experience and passion for the kitchen to continue delivering on the tradition and innovation of our brands.”
World Kitchen markets the Pyrex, Corelle, CorningWare, Chicago Cutlery, Snapware and Baker’s Secret brands, among others.
