Sam’s Club Expands Delivery Program

Sam’s Club and Instacart are expanding their partnership to bring same-day delivery to more than half of the Walmart-operated warehouse clubs across the U.S. by the end of October.

In time for the holidays, Sam’s Club customers will be able to purchase gifts and small appliances as well as food and groceries for Instacart delivery in as fast as an hour, the company said. Sam’s Club members can visit to select products and have them delivered from nearly 350 clubs by the end of October.

“Our members love this service, so we decided to give the gift of fast, easy home delivery to more members just in time for the holidays,” said Sachin Padwal, Sam’s Club’s vp/product management. “To help the holidays run smooth, we’re offering a wide product assortment available on Instacart so shoppers can now get household goods delivered. We’re excited that last minute gifts, small appliances, extra pillows and towels, just to name a few things, are a few clicks and minutes away.”
