Schmidt Bros. Launches Knives In Partnership With NY Steakhouse

Strip House, a New York City-based steakhouse, has announced that it has partnered with Schmidt Brother’s Cutlery to release an exclusive line of knives.

Designed for cutting steak, the knives are crafted from high quality German steel and the shape features the patented Schmidt Brother’s Curve and new transitional bolster. Constructed with black ash wood handles, the knives also come packaged in a red oak box and display both company logos on the blade.

The 5-inch jumbo serrated steak knife will be used in the restaurant’s two New York City locations, and is also available for purchase on the steakhouses’s website for $120.
