Sensio is relaunching the Brim brand and will showcase a new line of coffeemakers and related coffee products at the upcoming International Home + Housewares Show.
The new Brim collection will include a pour over coffee kit with 30-ounce glass decanter, smart valve cold brew coffeemaker with patented integrated smart valve, an automatic 8-cup pour over coffeemaker with brew pulse technology, electric handheld burr grinder and conical burr grinder.
The debut collection will be first seen on the brand’s new website, www.brim.coffee, which will feature educational product videos, digital interactive demos, brewing tips and coffee expert insights. Brim is slated for retail availability on Amazon.com and Williams-Sonoma.com in May.
“Since its origins, the Brim brand has stood for trust, taste and value,” said Shae Hong, CEO of Sensio, Inc. “We’re proud to continue the narrative of the storied brand and propel it into the third-wave coffee movement.”
The brand, which first launched in 1961 as General Foods’ blend of decaffeinated coffee, was acquired by Sensio Inc. and reimagined as a coffeemaker in 2014.
To further highlight the relaunch of Brim, Sensio has signed U.S. Brewers Cup Finalist Blair Smith as Brim’s resident coffee expert and brand ambassador. Smith will support Brim in its mission to bring the experience of craft coffee back into consumers’ homes by demonstrating product functionality, tips and tricks via interactive digital tutorials, video content and live demos.
