Simplehuman Launches App-Enabled Sensor Mirror

Simplehuman has launched its wide-view sensor mirror exclusively at Neiman Marcus. According to the company, the new, lighted vanity mirror has a wide viewing area with adjustable side panels, enabling users to view themselves from any angle. It also is compatible with Simplehuman’s new app, designed for use with the mirror.

The new mirror offers a full color spectrum, for bright, color correct view and has an LED light that automatically illuminates as a consumer’s face approaches, the company said. The mirror also features the company’s tru-lux light system, said to mimic natural sunlight, which is favorable for makeup application.

With the Simplehuman app, consumers can adjust the lighting on the mirror with a variety of preset light settings, or capture ambient light from different locations, to recreate the same color temperature and intensity.

In addition to being cordless, the mirror is also rechargeable and the company stated it can last up to three weeks on a single charge. The mirror also comes with an alarm feature, which flashes the mirror lights to alert users at a particular time if desired.

The new wide-view sensor mirror has a suggested retail price of $400 and is exclusively available at Neiman Marcus.
