SodaStream has named John Sheppard as president of SodaStream U.S. In his new role, Sheppard will oversee all operations for the brand in the United States and will report directly to Daniel Birnbaum, SodaStream CEO.
Sheppard has more than 25 years in various leadership roles with a several consumer goods companies including Coca-Cola, Cott Corporation, and Oneida. He was responsible for three successful IPOs, including Coca-Cola Enterprises, Cott and, most recently in 2013, the public listing of EveryWare Global.
Prior to being named CEO at EveryWare, Sheppard was an operating partner at Advent International, a $30 billion global private equity firm with 17 offices worldwide. He was also CEO, president and a member of the board of Cott Corporation.
