BEND, OR— As the holiday season approaches, Sophistiplate is preparing three new paper dinnerware collections to suit the consumer’s home entertaining preferences. The company has debuted the new Buffalo Check, Farmhouse and Tipsy & Toasty designs.
The Buffalo Check and Tipsy & Toasty designs are featured across a range of the company’s best-selling wavy paper plates, linen-like napkins, as well as its Simply Baked line of oven-safe paper baking cups with decorative cupcake toppers to match. The collections are scheduled to be available this summer in both open stock and retail-ready merchandisers.
“We’re very excited to debut our new fourth quarter collections, all of which have already been incredibly well received at key specialty and gourmet retailers. Olive and terracotta are new featured colors for our hand-tossed ceramic inspired Farmhouse collection and add a sophisticated minimalist aesthetic to casual fall dining. Our Buffalo Check collection features timeless black and white with gold foil metallic accents, a frequent style request from the specialty channel and a design we’re confident will be a year-round winner. Our Tipsy Toasty collection is a fun and festive collection geared towards whimsical Christmas celebrations including Secret Santa and White Elephant parties,” said Daniel Seehoff, Sophistiplate co-founder and CEO.
The Buffalo Check collection is designed for the Thanksgiving table, holiday table or to add some fun and flare to an everyday fall/winter table. The black and white buffalo check has a hint of metallic gold added to the edges to give it a bit of rustic elegance.
The collection’s linen-like napkins are designed to look and feel like real linen, and feature a foil stripe. The line can also be accessorized with the company’s Bella cutlery in metallic gold or solid black.
The new, whimsical Tipsy & Toasty collection features holiday oriented graphics including Santa, nutcrackers and a snowman. The collection’s linen-like napkins feature gold foil dots and can also be accessorized with the Bella cutlery in metallic gold or solid black.
The FarmHouse collection is designed to mimic a consumer’s favorite ceramic pottery dinner plate. It is designed slightly uneven with a few speckles to give the disposable serveware a handmade, natural look. The assortment can be accessorized with the Bella flatware assortment in olive, terracotta or taupe. FarmHouse is available in sage, Carolina blue, cream, olive and terracotta.
