Surya plans on introducing more than 400 new lamps, rugs and other furnishings at the Spring High Point Market.
The introductions also include an all-new ceiling lighting assortment, fresh wall hangings and accent furniture designs.
The company also intends to host several events at its showroom at 4100 in the Showplace building including Candice Olson Talks Lighting, on Saturday, April 14, at 2 p.m. The designer will discuss how to select lighting for various projects as well as provide a peek at her new lighting collection for Surya.
In portable lighting, new products include the Arlo group, three table lamps that come in aqua, sepia and clear mould-blown glass bodies with triangular-shaped raised patterns and white linen drum shades.
Furniture debuts include the Saavedra collection, eight coordinating console and side tables with gold gilded angular bases and black lacquered or antique mirrored tabletops that reflect the Art Deco era.
“The Surya team is continuously identifying ways to stay ahead of home fashion trends,” said Satya Tiwari, Surya president. “We are especially excited about launching our ceiling lighting collection as it rounds out our lighting portfolio, making us a stronger partner in the lighting market.”
