For the Dallas Total Home & Gift Market, which kicks off Wednesday, June 24, Surya is among those companies planning substantial lighting introductions.
In fact, Surya plans to significantly expand a lighting collection that now has grown to encompass more than 350 items designed to address a variety of lifestyles and design needs, the company stated.
Surya will add coordinated table and floor lamps, as well as more crystal and glass items. Other introductions include products that offer mixed materials and looks. One such offers a ceramic-style base mixed with a wood look bottom and wood patterned shade, for example. The company also is pacing the trend toward glass and more colorful designs.
“While providing an extensive range of home accessory categories is valuable, that’s only part of the equation. It’s important also to create depth within each category, so that designers and end consumers can build their ideal room without having to shop multiple sources,” said Satya Tiwari, Surya president.
The trade show runs through June 30 at the Dallas Market Center
