Bluewater Group, Imagine H2O and 11th Hour Racing have named the 2018 winners of the Urban Drinking Water Challenge. The challenge is a global innovation competition to deploy and scale decentralized drinking water solutions for fast-growing, water-scarce cities.
Bluewater has launched the $1 million Challenge For Drinking Water Innovation at the Sustainable Innovation in Sport Conference in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The contest aligns with U.N. Sustainable Development Goal 6, the company said, which calls for universal access to safe and affordable drinking water for all by 2030.
