The letter details some of the services and resources that IHA provides to the industry as well as new resources that could prove helpful to suppliers and retailers during the current market conditions caused by the pandemic.
Exhibitors in The Inspired Home Show 2020 will receive a 100% refund for paid space fees and corner charges in the form of a credit toward space and corner charges for the 2021 Show, provided their 2020 Show accounts were paid in full, the International Housewares Association said. IHA’s board of directors approved the refund on March 18.
International Housewares Association president Derek Miller this morning issued a letter to the home and housewares industry detailing factors leading to the IHA decision earlier this week to cancel The Inspired Home Show that was set to open in Chicago on March 14.
While Derek Miller has been president of the International Housewares Association for a year his history with the organization dates back two decades.
