Kroger wants to provide new career opportunities for some 23,500 workers nationwide, including those from the hardest-hit sectors such as restaurants, hotels and food service distributors as part of a plan to hire additional workers over the next several weeks.
Kohl’s is boosting its hiring plans for the back-to-school, fall and holiday seasons, as well as a 130-store “omni power center” pilot program.
Williams-Sonoma is planning two national hiring events, slated to take place on Friday, September 14, and Thursday, September 27, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. local time at all Williams-Sonoma, Inc. branded stores and care centers across the U.S. and Canada.
