Fiesta Dinnerware has rebranded as the newly formed Fiesta Tableware Company. The reinvention follows the recent acquisition of the former Homer Laughlin China Company food service operations by Steelite International, a British company.
Steelite International, a manufacturer and supplier of tableware and buffet solutions for the hospitality industry, has acquired The Homer Laughlin China Company’s food service division and the Hall China Company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
