With theme packs becoming a bigger retail phenomenon, Target has developed a line of what it is calling Wonderpacks and selling via its website. Visitors to Target.com will find the line of kits designed to help consumers create entertaining experiences, the company stated in a blog post.
The Wonderpacks included a game-packed Backseat Boredom Blaster road trip kit, a Moonlight Hill Hoppin’ sledding after sunset kit and a Siberian Party Pack, which, for $55, includes a faux fur throw, a Dr. Zhivago DVD and two Moscow mule mugs.
In another example of a Wonderpack that includes home goods, the Couch Camping kit features a red Fair Isle throw, Hershey’s s’mores maker machine and Philips mini string lights for $45.
Target is promoting Wonderpacks on its website rotator and had developed a video to publicize them online.
